I started out in commercial real estate with Daum Commercial Real Estate. At Daum, I built a successful career serving corporate clients like United Artists Theatres, JE Robert Companies, Sumitomo Marine Management (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank. Having been involved in all facets of the commercial real estate field, including land sales, investments, developments, leasing and corporate services, my diversified background helped expand my career into corporate services, exclusively.

In 1996, I joined Cresa Los Angeles. Joining this group of experienced corporate service professionals has allowed me to continue my focus providing quality corporate services to clients like Standard Insurance, Child Care Resource Center, DataDirect Networks, RLJ Entertainment, Bank of the West, MGA Entertainment, Account Control Technology, American Red Cross, and more.
In 2003, I opened a satellite office for Cresa in Woodland Hills to help expand their coverage into the growing markets in the Northern Los Angeles County and Ventura County areas. In 2005, I became a Principal.
I recognize there is no shortage of commercial real estate people who can represent a tenant in a real estate lease. The vast majority of them primarily represent the property owner or landlord and are trying to attract tenants to a particular property.
If they don’t fit within that category, they are probably young people trying to break into this highly competitive business. Although you may meet a more experienced person at the initial interview, most likely the inexperienced broker will be managing your deal.

I exclusively represent tenants with office, flex and industrial property leases. My experience allows me to identify the business drivers behind the real estate needs, formulate a strategic plan to achieve your goals and carry out the project on time and on budget.

Construction, Design, Furniture, IT and Relocation costs can all get out of control after the real estate deal is completed. My understanding of how all of these vendors work together and are compensated will save thousands of dollars and avoid delays.
